I focus on creativity, compassion, love, and humor as central parts of therapy. My practice uses an ecological and feminist approach to counseling. I specifically utilize Expressive Arts, Trauma-Informed, Relational, Mindfulness and Somatic therapies.

I have a B.A. in Politics and Italian from UC Santa Cruz, a Master’s in Social Work from Cal State East Bay. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 12 years of experience practicing therapy. My education has been dedicated to equity, advocacy, and justice—core values I carry in my work. I am also an artist who believes in creativity as a tool for self-reflection and centering.
